Perfect location, right in the Centre, close to bars and restaurants. Well-furnished, clean room with an excellent bathroom. Great view of the canals.

The room was too dark, not enough light. Slow service at breakfast, especially with coffee refills.

The hotel's location in the Gallery overlooking the canal was amazing. The hotel was super close to the centre but still quiet with great views. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel is in a great location, overlooking a beautiful canal in the heart of the city. The building itself is a stunning 17th-century structure, and the preservation of its original features adds an authentic charm to the place. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and had a fantastic bathroom with an enormous bath. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided was delicious and plentiful.

One small downside was the lack of certain traveler comforts, such as cotton wool pads and a shower cap. It would have been nice to have these amenities readily available, especially considering the price of the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for me as it was right in the center of everything, with so many bars and restaurants nearby. The building itself was beautiful and full of character, dating back to the 17th century. The room was amazing, with plenty of amenities including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. The staff were super friendly and helpful, offering tours and ticket assistance. everything was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The room we stayed in, the Brewer room, was beautifully designed and unique, with attention to detail in every corner. The view from the room was amazing, overlooking the canal. We were actually surprised by the personalized letter and the ability to make our own coffee or tea. The breakfast in the gallery was an experience in itself, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff was kind and accommodating, we could store our bags and providing a vegan breakfast upon request. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the central station. I highly recommend this hotel for a one-of-a-kind experience.
